These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Vulio (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Your account

You may use Vulio anonymously or by signing in with a supported identity provider. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for any activity that occurs under it.

Subscriptions

Vulio offers a free tier with monthly recording limits and a paid “Pro” subscription that unlocks unlimited recording, transcription, and rewriting.

  • Subscriptions are billed through the App Store and renew automatically until cancelled.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your App Store account settings.
  • Prices may change over time. If pricing changes, we will provide reasonable notice where required.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Vulio to:

  • Record any person without their knowledge or consent where such consent is legally required.
  • Process content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, or that infringes the rights of others.
  • Reverse-engineer the Service, abuse rate limits, or attempt to circumvent usage limits or security controls.

Ownership of your content

You retain full ownership of the recordings, transcripts, and rewrites you create with Vulio. We claim no rights to your content.

You grant us a limited, revocable license to store and process your content solely as needed to provide the Service to you (for example, to display your transcripts and run rewrites on your behalf).

Service availability

We work hard to keep Vulio reliable, but the Service is provided on an “as is” basis. We may modify or discontinue features at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vulio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using Vulio at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm us or other users.
